Refund Policy
Downpayments
Downpayments are refunded in full if work has not started or supplies have not yet been purchased on the date of the refund request. Refund requests must be made by a phone call. Email refund requests are not accepted.
If work has begun or supplies have been purchased, we will refund the downpayment minus labor and costs incurred to-date as of the refund request date.
Payment Methods
Designing Images Florist accepts cash, MasterCard, VISA, American Express, Discover, and checks. Payment in full is required to complete an online order. Event services require a deposit to guarantee the products and services for the event. Final payment is required seven (7) days before the event.
