Welcome to Designing Images Florist & Event Planning ’s web site. Our site requires that all visitors to the site read and agree to the following basic rules that govern your use of and purchase of products from this site. Please note that your use of this site and making purchases on this site constitute your unconditional agreement to be bound by these Terms and Conditions without modification. Those who choose to access this site from locations other than the United States, do so on their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws to extent applicable.

Delivery Time Frame

We do NOT do SAME DAY deliveries.  Sympathy florals for funeral services are delivered during weekends if the orders are placed at least 48 hours in advance of the service. Some circumstances may differ, please contact our Store at 781-961-8100 for those accommodations. Thank you!

Right to Modify

Designing Images Florist & Event Planning reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice to you. Designing Images Florist & Event Planning may change, move, or delete portions of, or may add to, this site from time to time. Your use of this site following any such change constitutes your unconditional agreement to follow and be bound by these Terms and Conditions as changed. For this reason, the company encourages you to review these Terms and Conditions whenever you use this site. By your use of this site, you agree not to interrupt or attempt to interrupt the operation of this site in any manner. From time to time there may be information on this site that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, and availability. Substitutions

Occasionally, substitutions may be necessary to create your bouquet due to the availability of certain flowers. Extreme care is taken to maintain the style, theme, and color scheme of the arrangement, using flowers of equal or greater value. Additionally, the substitution of certain keepsake items may be necessary due to increased demand, especially during major holidays. In single-flower arrangements, such as an all rose bouquet, or orchids, we will make every attempt to match the flower type, but may substitute with another color.

Payment Methods

Designing Images Florist accepts cash, MasterCard, VISA, American Express, Discover, and checks. Payment in full is required to complete an online order. Event services require a deposit to guarantee the products and services for the event. Final payment is required seven (7) days before the event.
